He creates delicious delicacies, succulent or tasty ganaches coated with fruit, each one more original and inventive than the last. One of them, a palette of paint made entirely of chocolate, with its colourful small pots, earned him the Panache d'Or of French and Navarre gastronomy, a nice distinction for a talented artist to you should absolutely meet during a stay in Bernay or in the region!
