The multimedia cultural centre replaced the municipal library on the first floor of the City Hall. This space is the result of a remarkable rehabilitation of the old abbey mill, the big tower. 1 000 m 2 is spread over 4 levels, three of which are open to the public. The multimedia cultural centre retains the old fund, rich in about 11 000 books: beautiful editions of Byzantine historians, stories of illustrated travel, superb documents of natural sciences and rare music.
