The estate is located on a hill in the Blayais region, with a view over the Gironde estuary. Olivier and Emmanuel have taken over from their father Jean, and are now masterfully managing the family estate. The 40-hectare vineyard is organically farmed and produces great Bordeaux wines: 2 AOC blaye-côtes-de-bordeaux reds, Envol du Château Haut Colombier and Château Colombier, 1 AOC blaye-côtes-de-bordeaux white 100% sauvignon, Cuvée du Colombier red and 1 rosé, Clairet (AOC bordeaux-clairet).
