Clémence is full of joie de vivre, and has been devoting herself to the pleasure of chocolate processing since 2002. She prefers small chocolate preparations, like those made by grandmothers. Her delicacies are not very sweet, with almonds from Provence, and above all not very full-bodied. The cocoa comes from the Ivory Coast or Ghana. The marzipan and praline are homemade. Orangettes, calissons, macaroons, caramels, puff pastries... This chocolatier bites into life as she does into her chocolates, a real breath of optimism like chocolate!
