OLIFERNIAN PEAK

This peak is a mountain which culminates at 807 metres in the commune of Vescles, on the borders of the Jura and the Ain. It dominates the valley of the same name. 8 kilometres of nature walks await you, with picnic areas. The difference in altitude is however 260 meters and take the precaution of good walking shoes because some steep passages sometimes look like "goat tracks"! Once at the top, a superb view of the lake of Coiselet awaits you. You can discover the remains of the Oliferne castle.
