Restaurant with terrace overlooking the River Ain, a good address for regional cuisine in Thoirette

Jean-Stéphane ROCHET took over this restaurant in 2019. His establishment is one of the tables to discover. You'll be served truitelle friture, or fish quenelles from the local fish farm, local/French meats and other dishes made with regional produce, and the XXL burger with homemade bread. The restaurant is bright and airy, but another attraction is the terrace that surrounds the building (1827) and offers a bird's-eye view of the peacefully flowing River Ain. A very friendly address, just like the owner.

Restaurant très accueillant avec une agréable terrasse surplombant l'Ain. La carte est variée et gourmande et le service est irréprochable. Les plats sont frais.

Très jolie lieu avec une terrasse qui offre une vue magnifique sur la rivière d’Ain. Arrivée à 14h30 donc après la fermeture du service ils nous ont accepté malgré cela. Un seul plat restant : les ravioles à la truite. C’était excellent. Merci à vous de nous avoir accueilli aussi tard et hâte de revenir
