Mauvaise expérience auprès de leurs services, suite à 1 cadeau que mon ami m'a offert, pour Noël aux Thermes de Salins les bains.. Réservé la date depuis 1 mois, aucun mail de leur part pour me dire que c'était accepté.. Quand j'ai appelé, on ne retrouvait pas le paiement de mon compagnon, donc pas de réponse. Il a fallut que l'on appelle pour savoir si c'était bon,.. Pas normal de prévenir les gens au dernier moment !!! Et moi pas de mail avec explication des thermes.. Dommage. A revoir vos prestations
