The Bourdy family can boast of being one of the oldest winegrowing families in France, having settled between 1475 and 1500 in this commune, which was owned by the Dukes of Burgundy for a long time. Since then, 15 generations have succeeded one another under the vaults of the 16th century cellars. They also secretly keep the oldest recipe for macvin, the one of the canonesses of Château-Chalon who had copied it on parchment. It contained no less than 25 spices! Since 2010, the farm is certified "biodynamic" (Demeter).

Очень атмосферное место, получили массу впечатлений, хозяин очень доброжелательный приветливый колоритный человек. Место наполнено запахом вина,и истории которая слагается там веками. Мы пришли на экскурсию, а вернулись с покупками. Останавливались на паузу А39 Aire de Jura, в двух километрах от стоянки находится винодельня. Можно хорошо прогуляться и получить на всю жизнь массу незабываемых впечатлений. Кстати, вино в винодельне можно и попробовать!
