From Saint-Claude take the direction of Morez. After about 1.5 km, park on the right after the bridge. Count 30 minutes of walking to discover the pots and gorges dug over time by a vigorous torrent, the Abyss. Slippery ground in wet weather. Sporty walk but the show is superb.

Petite balade sympathique pour aller découvrir les gorges de l'abyme !
Take over the direction of Longchaumois and after 5 minutes after the devil's bridge, right, you turn will find a small parking. the gorges are accessible on foot, and allow you to see the abysses and the power of the water near and safely. Magnificent and unique. Do not hesitate to cross the road to take the small until a magnificent waterfall and a magnificent place for picnic. With not missing.
