Everything is made the old-fashioned way, by hand, or rather with the hands of Aurélie, who has embarked on a gourmet adventure: creating chocolates and pastries. Her creations are original, with a quest for aromas and flavors that she knows how to combine or marry to perfection. This is true not only for her chocolates, but also for her fruit jellies, marshmallows and caramels. Pastries are made to order. Here's an address that deserves its Made in Jura label!

Et pourtant, je ne suis pas chocolat du tout à la base, malgré mes origines.
Tous les goûts sont là, fabriqués avec passion et minutie. Je ne peux que recommander ces chocolats et autres confiseries.
Les guimauves, les caramels, les nougats et les pâtes de fruits sont également un régal !!
