Fabien and Guillaume are a pair of cheese-makers with unique expertise. They make their comtés at their Pont-du-Navoy dairy, some of which are organic. You can discover a range of comtés, morbiers and tommes du Jura, as well as a whole selection of local products. A second store is located in the village of Montrond, about 30 minutes away: Au Chalet Modèle. Every Thursday, you can book a visit with the cheese-makers, who will show you around the workshop and the cheese-making process.

Un bel établissement lumineux et de nombreux produits régionaux.... Le comté, miel, biscuits, charcuterie, vin.... Du choix et prix abordables.

Boutique attirante en étant en vacances dans le Jura mais un bon conseil, contrôler vos tickets avant de sortir du magasin, ils indiquent des prix qui ne sont pas les mêmes à la caisse avec en plus du personnels pas très sympathique lorsque l'ont fait la remarque.

Le fromage vendu n'est clairement pas le même que celui dégusté, de plus la vendeuse se mique bien de la quantité demandée (on vous en met 50 à 100% en plus sans même s'excuser)
