Since the end of 2023, Pierre-Yves Dody has been at the helm of the Auberge du Comtois, a long-standing favorite in Pont-d'Héry. In a simple, warm atmosphere, in the heart of an old renovated farmhouse, he offers traditional regional cuisine. On the day of our visit, we enjoyed a Comtoise salad, followed by a fillet of pike-perch with Crémant, before finishing with a crème brûlée with Macvin. But we also love the fondues and regional charcuterie served in the evening. A highly recommended address.

Les chambres sont très propres, salle de bain sous comble pas très pratique. Joli cadre verdoyant. Prix très correct avec le petit déjeuner compris. Je conseille cet établissement.
