It's an excellent idea to set up a fruitière à comté in Poligny, at the southern traffic circle not far from the A39 freeway exit. A merger of the Tourmont/Saint-Lothain fruitière, it transforms 3 million liters of milk into Comté each year, thanks to its 8 members. It works in partnership with Monts & Terroirs. At the heart of the mill you'll find other dairy products: butter, cancoillotte, yoghurts, creams... And other Comtois delicacies in the store.
