The first Arnaud cheese dairy was created in 1907. It became Juraflore in 1937. It brings together 400 milk producers with a production of 83,000 tonnes. More than 200,000 wheels of Comté are matured in the 10 km of maturing cellars, including the particularly famous Fort des Rousses. You'll be able to enjoy Comté cheeses aged from 6 to 36 months. Comté is not the only cheese to regularly win medals: Morbier and Bleu de Gex are also well known. The 18-month Comté Charles Arnaud was even named best cheese in the world in 2022! A source of pride!
