The former cooperative was founded in 1907 by local winegrowers. It now belongs to the Fruitière Vinicole d'Arbois. In Poligny, the cooperative has moved from its 13th-century church to the town center. Her patron saint is not far away with Cuvée Sainte-Avoye, a traditional white Côtes-du-Jura. This elegant wine, made from a blend of chardonnay (80%) and savagnin (20%), offers excellent value for money. There are also four other boutiques, two in Arbois, one in Arc-et-Senans and one in Saint-Laurent-en-Grandvaux.

Boutique dans Poligny visitée hier. Le panneau à l entrée indique une fermeture à 18h30. 2 groupes dégustent à l intérieur. Accueil froid, ni bonjour ni rien. Au bout de 5 bonnes minutes la vendeuse finit par nous demander ce que nous voulons. Nous souhaitons goûter avant d acheter. Réponse : non, je ne fais plus goûter, je devrais être fermée déjà. Il est 18h10... quand je le fais remarquer elle répond "je viens de changer les horaires". Et bien nous avons été ailleurs !

Dégustation des vins au top! Dame brune très sympathique et explique bien! Le cadre est top et les prix sont abordables.
