Bleu de Gex was the first raw cow's milk cheese to be officially protected in 1935 . If only four cheese dairies (Haut-Jura and Ain) made this blue cheese, the GAEC Label Granges in Poizat joined the circle in December 2021. It has the particularity of making its Bleu de Gex on the farm, thus reviving a farming tradition lost since the early 1980s. You will find on the site the history, the manufacturing and the recipe ideas of the bleu de Gex, symbol of the rural activity and carrier of the heritage.
