Read moreThis cooperative, located a few miles from Vouglans Lake, is made up of 21 dairy farmers who joined the municipality of Arthenas in 2010. They deliver 7 million litres per year. These are processed on site, mainly into Comté PDO (700 t./year). This workshop also produces butter, cream and cottage cheese. The adjoining shop, all rounded, has a wide range of other regional cheese specialities. A selection of local delicacies completes the offer. Finally, there is an organic Comté cheese.

You will taste "classics" and special beers depending on the season. Some of them include fruit from the orchard and maturation in Jura wine barrels.
