His ganache with currant, hazelnut praline, liqueur candies, Timut pepper chocolate (Nepal) and Criollo chocolate (Cuban cocoa caviar), as well as his fir honey nougat and his 100% pure fruit marshmallow are all featured. The pastry is also exquisite.
