The toy city of Moirans honors Santa Claus and children all year long for unforgettable playful discoveries.
A museum transformed 13 years ago into a playful, interactive and cultural children's city. Shaped like a big yellow and blue Lego, the museum has added new collections to maintain its status as a French museum. Today, it boasts no fewer than 17,000 exhibits. Don't miss the current temporary exhibitions on the history of video game consoles, to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Jura company Smoby, or Toys of the 80s. The year comes to a close with the "Christmas in Toyland" festival from December 19 to 21.

Sept. to June: Mon-Fri: 10am-12:30pm / 2pm-6pm. Off school holidays (05/05 to 30/06, 01/09 to 30/09): open Tues. to Fri. 10am to 12:30pm and 2pm to 6pm, WE and public holidays 2pm to 6pm. Oct. 1 to 17 inclusive: Tues. to Sun. Free admission for children under 6. Adults: €11. Children (6 to 15 years): €9. Family €31 (2 adults, 2 children). Children's welcome. Gift store. Entertainment.
Owner's Message
Moirans-en-Montagne is the land of wooden toys! And it is on this very wooded territory that almost one toy out of two is produced. Here, the toy is king, so much so that an entire museum is dedicated to it!
Nearly 20,000 games and toys from all over the world (2,000 of which are on display) are gathered in the 3,000 m² of this huge LEGO® building in the middle of a Jura meadow. One of the most beautiful collections in Europe to visit!
The Toy Museum offers a rich program of activities during each school vacation period. Family workshop tours, thematic guided tours, shows, treasure hunts... there is something for everyone and for all ages!
