The adventure of Bérengère and Eric began in 2007. Their vines are growing in Gevingey. Organic since 2012, the estate cultivates chardonnay, savagnin, pinot noir and poulsard. All the vintages are single-variety and from vines over 35 years old. The duo favours fruity and fresh wines. The winemaking is done by Eric. He keeps the fermentation at a low temperature, to respect the balance of sugar, acidity and alcohol. The crémant regularly matures for more than 20 months on laths. The liqueur wine is only made with "fine", not marc.
