Place de la Bourse, an exceptional monumental ensemble with the Three Graces fountain, Hôtel des Fermes and arcades in Bordeaux.

The Place de la Bourse is a monumental complex designed by Intendant Boucher and laid out from 1730 to 1755. On the rectangular square, the Hôtel des Fermes and the Hôtel de la Bourse were built on either side of a central pavilion. The buildings have facades decorated with mascarons. The column-fountain of the Three Graces, of Corinthian order, dates from 1869. This square was the first in France to be opened on a river and built outside the city walls. It is home to the Bordeaux Chamber of Commerce and Industry as well as the Palais de la Bourse, an events center.

A faire en deux étapes : une fois en pleine journée pour admirer les bâtiments, le fleuve etc...
Et surtout venir la nuit tombée pour admirer les lumières se reflétant dans le miroir d'eau : magique !
