Museum to discover the great historical steps of the French customs administration, with uniforms, models, etc.
Under magnificent vaults, the major historical milestones of the French customs administration are displayed. Archive documents, uniforms and weapons, models, work instruments (including the large scale of the Hôtel des Fermes dating from 1783) and works of art acquired, including a Claude Monet, are thus presented. Since 1984, the museum has enriched its collections and gathered more than 13,000 objects as well as a photo library of more than 20,000 photographs!

Musée original qui expose quelques trésors. Prix très correct et les pièces exposées peuvent intéresser les enfants, objets confisqués par les douaniers. Intéressant, rapide, rempli d anecdotes.
interesting museum really. A warm welcome by the staff. Welcoming and interesting even for children with a few explanations given by the parents or the guides.
