BIBLIOTHÈQUE SONORE
Created in 1973, the Bordeaux Sound Library (BS), which is recognized as being of public utility, provides free access to audio books and magazines recorded by volunteer Voice Givers for people who are unable to read due to their health condition. Nearly 3,000 titles are listed in the catalog and the entire collection is available, as well as recordings "on demand". Registration is very simple and can be done remotely by mail or internet, knowing that any pathological situation that hinders the practice of reading is eligible.
