Aboard his red 1980s van, chef Yoann Rebaudo cooks meats and fish a la plancha, with a great taste of the Southwest. Duck breast, burger, pulled pork... Menus are designed in advance and prepared in this atypical vintage estafette! Brunch can be either French or Anglo-Saxon. Yoann is available all over the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region for your private and professional events (weddings, birthdays, seminars, team building...). The chef also adapts to your requests by offering a vegetarian menu.

Suite à sa panne de truck, que nous avions parfaitement comprise, ce monsieur nous a laissé tomber le matin même du mariage de notre fils.
Nos invités ont cuisiné à sa place, il est même reparti avec les repas des enfants ! Ne respecte même pas les commandes prévues.
Enfin bref un seul mot d'ordre : fuyez cette entreprise absolument pas professionnelle.
