Florian and Alexis have traveled extensively in their previous professional lives (one as a head bartender, the other as a steward), which has given them a taste for rare ingredients from five continents, which they use in their astonishing "nektars". In addition to the classics, a short-lived range of a dozen signature cocktails is offered every six months.
