Located on the quays of Paludate, a stone's throw from the Sainte-Croix station, Le Point Rouge is a small nugget on the banks of the Garonne. An exceptional place, this former monumental mansion has been home to one of the best restaurants and cocktail bars in the city for the past 3 years. Visible stones, bricks and leather armchairs... What a touch! Majestic, the bar impresses with its signature cocktails and its selection of wines and spirits, without the prices being excessive. From 7pm, the kitchen awakens and offers gourmet dishes: caponata and fried soft-boiled egg, paved with pike-perch and potato risotto... Tapas are also à la carte for those who prefer to snack on a cocktail by hand.

Service extrêmement soigné, choix de plus de 120 cocktails et atmosphère des années 1920.
On est accueilli avec le sourire et on reçoit directement un yuzu qui est offert et qui accompagnera nos cocktails, c'est très rafraîchissant.
Je ne bois plus d'alcool mais j'ai été surpris de pouvoir choisir 8 mocktails sur la carte et pas des simples classiques comme Virgin mais des cocktails signatures.
Pour les cocktails plus de 120 classés par années. On peut même choisir des cocktails hors carte selon les envies.
L'expérience du bartender est impressionnante et il m'a expliqué plusieurs détails comme la pureté de la glace utilisée pour certains cocktails.
J'ai pu tester 2 mocktails et j'ai vraiment adoré.
