Founded in 1974, the Vignerons de Tutiac cooperative brings together 700 local winegrowers from 15 Bordeaux appellations. Passionate producers, they share the values of transparency and sharing. That's why they opened the Bistro Vignerons, their first wine bar! At the table, the chef proposes typical dishes such as carré de cochon du Sud-Ouest, piperade nouvelle, civet girondin or sablé poire chocolat, with original food and wine pairings.

Over the years, the Vintage Café has gained notoriety, until it has become a must-see bar in Bordeaux. People come here to drink coffee in the afternoon, to relax after a walk along the quays, and at aperitif time to taste a craft beer brewed not far from the capital of Gironde. At Seb et Peyo's, you immediately feel the love of good wine and tapas. On the menu, you will find a wide choice of wines, mostly from organic agriculture. After the success of Chez Thérèse, an atypical restaurant located in Saint-Michel, the team has taken on a new challenge: the Comptoir Thérèse, a neo-bistro and gourmet wine bar. You can have lunch and dinner with local dishes (oysters from the Basin, entrecote from the Capucins market...), without forgetting to accompany them with some good wines. At aperitif time, we share boards and spreads, which can be taken away since the place is also a canning and delicatessen store. And every first wednesday of the month, we enjoy a tasting evening with animation.
