Next to the Porte gate, just a few steps from Bordeaux's quays, it is a good idea to sit down on the Cailhau terrace (logic!) to sip a little refreshment in the shade of its Bordeaux parasols (again logical!). The reception is very warm and fast service, but without putting the pressure to the customers. This is what we ordered with the choice of a 1664 or a white or brown Grimbergen. For those who would like to break the crust, Le Cailhau offers a simple and goûteuse brasserie style for a budget of euros out of drinks. Stop at the Cailhau, you will spend a good time.
