Nous etions au 4e (dernier) étage, l’humidité était à son plein, le chauffage n’était presque pas voir pas du tout ressenti, nous nous sommes donc gelés.
Pour ce qui est de l’état de la chambre : de la moisissure sur les fenêtres à cause de l’humidité, des trous dans les murs?? Et surtout une salle de bain avec des joints noirs et des carreaux qui s’en décollent. Plus jamais.
Edit: The hotel manager tried to block my request for refund. After months of arguing my case, I won my chargeback case and the hotel had to refund me part of my money.
