Close to the hypercenter of Bordeaux, in the Mériadeck district, the Alton Hotel is very well located. The rooms are sober and spacious, those overlooking the patio are preferred when booking, but the rooms side-street with balcony have double glazing. The hotel's Olicia restaurant has a large room with a free indoor terrace. Outside, you can sit for dinner or lunch in the patio or in the gardens, which is very pleasant. The chef offers inventive and refined cuisine. The hotel offers tourist packages to discover Bordeaux and its region, large vineyards or the Atlantic coast.

I was back with this hotel - which was part of a package and I was a little anxious. However, the lobby and the breakfast room are really beautiful my room on the 1st floor was very quiet. A good hotel! Staff is friendly and efficient. Alton is an excellent choice for the price!

" I stayed at Alton hotel March with my husband because we wanted to spend a few days to Bordeaux between two planes.
we were not disappointed: the hotel is located by the tram close to all the cultural sites to visit.
staff was very welcoming and attentive with our needs.
the rooms are quite spacious.
Only negative point: the crowds with breakfast at peak times, but the staff welcomed us and we noticed that they their to limit touch waiting area "

This hotel is very well located two steps from the tram. It allows you to visit Bordeaux under very good conditions. Perfect welcome but a little too impersonal. However, the restaurant and breakfast service are impeccable with friendly. Very clean and spacious rooms.

" I stayed on several occasions in recent years for work. I gone back recently and their service was still better than front! The hotel is very well located. The tram is two steps. Easy to reach by public transport, or go to feet. The rooms are large and comfortable. The bedding is very clean the bathroom is well equipped. The rooms are well isolated.
The service at the reception, the bar and the restaurant are very well. The menu is varied, breakfast is copious.
