On the menu, generous bistronomic cuisine, with new offerings every week. Quality products, perfect mastery of cooking and seasoning, playful textures, balanced flavors... Nothing disappoints. Especially not the wine list, which boasts almost 200 references. For the cultural point of view: Mina means Mamie in Corsican, in a nod to the chef's origins.
