Original, colorful and staged, the magic of Chef Romain Winicki's cuisine is found in the combinations he proposes from products such as duck breast or oysters. Each dish is more appetizing than the other and is presented in beautiful dishes. The "smoking duck", which was removed at the time of service, did not fail to make its little effect for the eyes and the nose! The chef also excels in the desserts that he puts on the menu. The wines are also the object of a pleasant selection.
