Bistronomic cuisine based on fresh, local produce in a restaurant in Bordeaux offering organic wines.

Léo Forget has worked with Pierre Gagnaire, Bernard Bach and Régis Marcon, among others. A prestigious CV for this young chef, who is now at home. His bistronomic cuisine, based exclusively on fresh, local produce, is elaborate and inventive. Everything is just right and superbly presented. Add to these delicate dishes a few glasses of organic wine, and it's perfect! The contemporary setting, with its wooden tables and string of light bulbs, offers a glimpse of the chef at work behind a large glass roof... A wonderful experience!

Un restaurant où il n'y a plus de champagne, c'est assez rare pour être souligné. Un crémant de Bourgogne proposé... Bof !
Dommage, ça nous a gâché un peu ce déjeuner d'anniversaire.

Absolutamente recomendable.

Tal y como exponen en su página web, trabajan con productos locales, de temporada y de proximidad. Hasta en la vajilla mantienen el respeto al entorno (los cuchillos son de la cuchillería más antigua de la zona, Nontron)

La propuesta de menú nos pareció excelente y todos los platos estaban muy buenos. Me encantó el uso del ruibarbo, ya que en España casi no se utiliza.

La carta de vinos muy amplia (igual incluso demasiado, pero eso es cuestión de gustos)

La atención por parte del personal, de 10.

Volvería sin dudarlo.
