His bistronomic cuisine, based exclusively on fresh, local produce, is elaborate and inventive. Everything is just right and superbly presented. Add to these delicate dishes a few glasses of organic wine, and it's perfect! The contemporary setting, with its wooden tables and string of light bulbs, offers a glimpse of the chef at work behind a large glass roof... A wonderful experience!
