Grenoble-based chef Fabien Beaufour has made himself at home in this bright, contemporary, airy space. His concept: sharing and conviviality. For the 6- and 8-course Découverte and Signature menus, dishes are placed in the center of the table in "tasting" portions. The menu, which follows the rhythm of the seasons, is short, inventive and full of flavor. The original piece of this cuisine? Superbe dîner ! Nous avons choisi le menu découverte avec 6 plats, tout était parfait avec de mon côté un gros coup de cœur pour la morue charbonnière ???? L’accueil, le service et les conseils sur les vins étaient parfaits. Merci, nous avons passé un très beau moment !
