Grenoble-based chef Fabien Beaufour has made himself at home in this bright, contemporary, airy space. His concept: sharing and conviviality. For the 6- and 8-course Découverte and Signature menus, dishes are placed in the center of the table in "tasting" portions. The menu, which follows the rhythm of the seasons, is short, inventive and full of flavor. The original piece of this cuisine? Abbiamo cenato con il percorso a sei tappe, e ciascuna è stata estremamente piacevole, il cibo è di ottima qualità e le combinazioni di sapori sono molto particolari. Il personale è molto gentile, ci ha accolto con calore e parlando in un ottimo inglese. Avendo noi poca esperienza, un cameriere ci ha accompagnato nella scelta dei vini, che si è rivelata poi adeguata. Consigliato.
