In a pretty building with a cosy atmosphere, embellished with a garden-terrace surrounded by bamboo, sheltered from noise and glances, you will discover the creative cuisine of Pascal Chollet who has perfectly mastered his trade for more than 30 years. Passionate from an early age, he favours authenticity and quality products. He draws his inspiration from the Médoc region of his childhood and from the market, which varies with the seasons, to create tasty dishes. A small lounge upstairs, resolutely contemporary, offers a more intimate space for private or professional events.

3 ans après un avis au top quant à la cuisine et le service, je renouvelle mes 6 étoiles sur 5....L''avenue Carnot a tout compris, que ce soit au niveau des plats avec un chef au top et très inspiré et un service digne d'un étoilé. Allez-y :):):). Un pur bonheur !

Une restaurant très bien agencé ou l’on a de la place, avec une décoration sobre et élégante. Un personnel souriant et très agréable, et une carte qui semble changé toutes semaine. Le chef prépare des plats rafinés, les cuissons de viande et des sauces parfaitement exécutés.
