Prawns, duck breast salad, confit of duck from the Landes region, chocolate fondant in a restaurant in Bordeaux.

The owners of the place, mother and daughter, offer us very hearty dishes that will satisfy everyone. From the gourmet salad through the prawns, all the dishes of this friendly establishment exude authenticity and love of good cuisine. The menus delight us: salad of duck breast, Landes duck confit, chocolate cake, ice cream, liégeois. You will appreciate the cuisine but also the reception that will ensure that Le Soufflet is a good place!

High season: Tuesday to Saturday from 11am to 2.30pm and from 6.30pm to 10.30pm. High season from June to August. Menu from €19.80 to €27.50. Lunch menu: €13.50. Wine by the glass. American Express, Holiday voucher, Chèque Restaurant. Groups welcome (menu at €38.50). Baby chairs.
