Starred restaurant with an interior courtyard in Bordeaux of the chef Thomas Morel hosting group meals.
The modern decoration offers a delightfully muffled atmosphere, very refined in its choice of white colors and delicate lighting. Large white curtains line the walls and add an incomparable intimacy to the place. The Michelin-starred restaurant offers refined dishes, beautifully presented on the plate: sturgeon cake as a starter. Fillet of duckling, onions "barigoule" style for the main course. For dessert: French toast, Madagascar vanilla cream, Timut pepper and strawberries.

Highly recommendable gastronomic restaurant in only a few tram stops away from the centre of bordeaux. We enjoyed very much their prefix lunch with wine pairing. We had one of the best duck in our life. 鴨がとても美味しかったです。また行きたいです。

Excellent déjeuner , (nous avons saucé les assiettes!!), à l'occasion de l'anniversaire de notre petit fils. Service impeccable, discret et souriant, accueil chaleureux,cuisine de grande qualité aux cuissons et assaisonnements parfaits. Nous avons passé un excellent moment.
