We had the pleasure of dining at Serge during a quick trip to Bordeaux and following the recommendation of a chef friend. The staff were welcoming and engaged, which really enhanced our experience. A small, but authentic French menu was well-executed and our server, Martin, who is currently apprenticing as part of his wine education, was lovely. Will definitely return and recommend.
