At La Fabrique, Oliver and Arnaud make their signature sandwiches, "les ferré", to be enjoyed at the counter or to take away: a thin, crispy bread that is easy to roll, generously filled with fresh, local and often vegetarian products. The Duchesse is royal with its mushroom and truffle duxelles, its grilled hazelnuts and fresh pears, and its gremolata, and the hot dog is revisited in an original way. Also on the menu, soups and salads of the day, delicious pastries and very tasty desserts.
