The BIA is both a restaurant, a caterer and a café. It is a somewhat atypical establishment, as the terrace opens out under a large glass roof and you can eat hamburgers as well as Brittany pancakes, pokes bowls as well as tapas and well-balanced dishes of the day, well prepared with fresh, sometimes organic, farmhouse and home-made products. The Basque galette composed of Serrano ham, red pepper cooked with Espelette pepper, red onion, tomato and cheese is perfect. On the burger side, vegans are served. Their burger is topped with a vegetable patty, oatmeal, leek fondue, carrot, tomato, arugula, cheddar cheese, red onion and cream cheese . We also recommend their smoothies mixed with water or milk.

Le pIdo a la camarera 3 cafés con leche pequeños .
Me pone 3 cafés con leche pequeños con mucha espuma.
Me arranca los 20€ de la mano y me devuelve en monedas 9.50€. No me da ticket.
Se lo pido y me apunta 3 grand crème a 3.50 € cada uno (igual precio que un capuchino , por ej). ????????????
Le personnel est chaleureux, accueillant et écrêtement souriant, à toute heure de la journée !
