Young and talented, chef Sylvain Renzetti offers creative and gourmet cuisine. Never short of ideas, he has been offering "I'm the chef!" boxes since 2020 "boxes to create gourmet meals at home: spicy chicken confit and pumpkin, snacked trout fillet and blésotto, chuck and Beluga lentils... This box is made of 100% local products for four courses and can be kept for three days. To accompany you, Sylvain has provided video tutorials and a descriptive sheet of the meal. Ideal for holidays or Valentine's Day!
