Big Fernand's famous "hamburgés" and "fernandines" arrived in Bordeaux in 2018. After conquering many cities in France, the franchise moved to the heart of Promenade Sainte-Catherine, the temple of shopping. It is therefore between two shopping trips that you can land on the terrace or inside the establishment. On the card side, Big Fernand's reputation is well established. Here, the "burgers" (burgers) are very tasty, like the Basil, made of beef, smoked bacon, morbier made with raw milk, grilled peppers and chives. They are served with "fernandines" (homemade fries), seasoned with paprika or herbes de Provence, or salad.
