Restaurant in Bordeaux offering Mediterranean or vegetarian dishes with fresh seasonal produce.
Marine has turned her Convent into an unusual place. She opted for a rather original concept with some starters, main courses and desserts, called the sins (some are vegetarian). The culinary memories of her travels have inspired her to create dishes with Mediterranean flavors. First, we confess with an artichoke carpaccio with truffle vinaigrette. Then, we don't hesitate to taste the proposal of the day, a delicate cream of peas with mint, mozzarella and crunchy asparagus. To hell with the sin of gluttony!

On économise sur le chauffage il devait faire 16°.
L'entrée du jour du labneh servi sans pain libanais mais de la baguette... On a cherché les condiments.
Croque monsieur avec pain focaccia autant dire que c'était bien lourd. On a cherché les pousses d'épinards prévu en accompagnement... Il y avait bien des brins de roquette pour verdir le plat.
L'avocat.... Bon en fait c'était deux cuillères de guacamole ???? facturé 3€50 en supplément.
Heureusement ce repas si léger n'a pas entraîné une demande de dessert... Crêpes !
Au vu des nombreux avis positifs je pense qu'il vaut mieux venir bruncher du féculent et de la crème à gogo que de venir worker ????
