Stéphane and Carl Vaillant have opened their restaurant in the historic centre of Bordeaux. Located on the Place Saint-Pierre, the restaurant has a superb sunny terrace with a view of the church. The welcome is particularly pleasant and well looked after. Father and son offer a gourmet and healthy cuisine, highlighting local producers, accompanied by biodynamic and natural wines. Malgré la devanture "brasserie" ce restaurant a bien + à offrir : des supions délicatement cuits et assaisonnés, le meilleur gratin dauphinois que j'ai goûté crousti-fondant accompagné d'un filet mignon très tendre et les desserts sont aussi exaltants. Service sympathique et addition correcte.

Que ça fait du bien de rentrer dans un restaurant ou l' accueil est de suite chaleureux, la gentillesse n'est pas exagérée, la cuisine top, simple, avec des produits frais et cuisinés à la perfection.
Filets mignons rosés, assaisonnements équilibrés, les associations d' aliments intelligentes. Bref nous reviendrons dans ce restaurant qui est une très belle découverte pour nous. C'est tellement compliqué maintenant de trouver un restaurant qui respecte le client et les produits.
