Stéphane and Carl Vaillant have opened their restaurant in the historic centre of Bordeaux. Located on the Place Saint-Pierre, the restaurant has a superb sunny terrace with a view of the church. The welcome is particularly pleasant and well looked after. Father and son offer a gourmet and healthy cuisine, highlighting local producers, accompanied by biodynamic and natural wines. Accueil vraiment très agréable, beaucoup de gentillesse et de convivialité ! Nous avons passé une excellente soirée, mention spéciale pour les plats végétariens délicieux. Enfin un restaurant qui a compris l'importance des saveurs, même sans viande :-)
