Fluffy pancakes have arrived in Bordeaux! This specialty, which is all the rage in Japan, differs from classic pancakes in its thickness and ultra-soft, airy texture, thanks to a batter made with eggs beaten until stiff. Available in savoury (bacon and egg, burrata, smoked salmon) or sweet (strawberries with whipped cream, Nutella-banana, crème brûlée, tapioca...) versions, these little gourmet pancakes give the impression of biting into a cloud. Decorated with drooping flowers and mauve tones, the place is small but cosy. However, prices are a little excessive.
