Wine bar and restaurant serving Southwestern and South American cuisine, offering tapas and blind wine tastings.

We enter Blind curious and intrigued, we leave conquered and satisfied! This restaurant, located in the heart of Bordeaux, offers an original blind tasting experience: comfortably installed on the terrace or seated in the cosy chic room, we discover wines from all over the world, chosen according to our tastes by the team. It's up to us to guess their grape variety and origin! To accompany the tasting, boards to share and dishes of Basque and South American inspiration (happy mix!) nicely worked. Perfect welcome and service.

Amazing food - ceviche and starter of calamari were divine.
Bound wine tasting: customers tell the waiters what they like and then get a glass and have to guess country of origin, grape etc etc etc

Un très bonne adresse pour découvrir une cuisine délicate et subtile, oser se lancer dans le blind les « yeux fermés » et sortir des sentiers battus. Un délicieux moment !
