We enter Blind curious and intrigued, we leave conquered and satisfied! This restaurant, located in the heart of Bordeaux, offers an original blind tasting experience: comfortably installed on the terrace or seated in the cosy chic room, we discover wines from all over the world, chosen according to our tastes by the team. It's up to us to guess their grape variety and origin! To accompany the tasting, boards to share and dishes of Basque and South American inspiration (happy mix!) nicely worked. Perfect welcome and service.

Une expérience tant au niveau gustatif que par le service absolument parfait ! Un patron aussi charmant que drôle qui fait toute la différence. Vous aurez peut-être même un spectacle comme nous en avons eu le privilège mais ça je vous laisse la surprise ☺️
